Journey Wheel for sale - signed #13

This 'lucky 13' beauty has been stored inside my home since its acquisition in 1990. Its original owner bought it new in the 70's, but soon gave up spinning. It is in beautiful condition, includes distaff, and cherry case shows no knicks, dings, or scratches; leather strap is in good shape as well. Being older, it is a little heavier than the newer wheels (18 lbs.) and has a spinning ratio of 8:1.. No scotch tension on this wheel. Jonathan has given it a tune up this summer and replaced the drive band. Since there are very few (if any) of these older, classic wheels offered for sale... thereby making it difficult to put a value on it....the highest offer over $800 by October 18th (so it can go to Rhinebeck) will bring this beauty home. If not sold by then, I prefer hand delivery and would be willing to meet someone within a reasonable distance. More pictures are available upon request. I can best be reached at moboates@gmail.com
