4/3 Verdant Farm-a lovely website http://www.regionalbread.com/

4/3 I have not been sleeping or feeling very well lately, as the late winter cold rains have been aggravating my arthritis. I lately have been cheered by the sounds of birds in the early morning, ..the robins have returned, thank God, and this morning, as I woke early, I read Christine's website, and am encouraged to produce my own breadmaking workspace, and natural leaven supply to continue to bake our bread here in our home. I found a natural peace in reading her website and I highly recommend that you take a look at her work on bread making, and on yarn production. Christine lives with her family on Verdant farm, in Michigan, and it looks very peaceful and calm, and I have derived a sense of personal calm (that I much needed) this morning as I woke early with the arthritis pangs going off in most of my joints.

In any case, if you need some peaceful reading, or a calm place to visit in your mind, go to the Verdant farm website, and contemplate making your own bread. Why not? What have you got to lose, except the crazyness that none of us need? Visit today! http://www.regionalbread.com/

Enjoy....and blessings on you all...and especially on Christine and her family, who helped me this morning begin my day in a better frame of mind than I have been lately.

Blessings upon you and yours,
