This is a small 501(c)3 charity in northern Vermont that serves thousands of Vermont students seeking to learn how to write better. The Young Writers Project engages students to write, helps them to learn to write better and publishes their best work in newspapers, on radio, on stage and on its Web site, www.youngwritersproject.org. The Young Writers Project is incredibly successful and sees that it can be a model for the rest of the nation. But it needs all the financial help it can get to continue its fine work.
